The Rhön Embassy is our passion project. We are even more delighted when we can infect our guests with our enthusiasm and they visit us again and again. And when they tell others the "good news of the Rhön"! As a thank you, we offer regular guests the opportunity to become a part of us and embark on a diplomatic career. Become an attaché, consul, or even ambassador of the Rhön Embassy. Everyone receives their personal Ambassador Card.

Status Attaché

Your start in our bonus system

  • Punkte sammeln im Hotel SaxenHof und in den Restaurants Wohnzimmer und BjoernsOx: 1 Euro sales = 1 ambassador point
  • Punkte können im Rewards Shop be redeemed
  • Ermäßigungen beim Board breakfast
  • Pay cashless in the house: Simply top up the Ambassador Card at the reception with the desired amount
  • Invitation to jannual ambassador meeting
  • Als birthday child Stay for free in a double room on your anniversary day (equivalent to 50% of the regular room rate)
  • Am wedding anniversary You will receive a percentage discount on the room rate equal to the number of years you have been married (1% per year)

Consul Status

Loyal regular guest on the way to the ambassador

  • Voraussetzung: ein Jahr Attaché sowie mindestens zehn Besuchstage pro Jahr*

  • Ermäßigungen beim Board breakfast

  • Einladung zum annual ambassador meeting
  • Room service at no extra charge 
  • Hausgemachte Sweets upon arrival
  • Als birthday child Stay for free in a double room on your anniversary day (equivalent to 50% of the regular room rate)
  • Am wedding anniversary You will receive a percentage discount on the room rate equal to the number of years you have been married (1% per year)


*Attendance at an event is counted as a visit day. Multiple visits on the same calendar day are combined into one visit day. If the average number of visits falls below ten per year in the five-year evaluation, the status will be revoked by the Ambassador Council, and the Consul will revert to Attaché.

  • Requirement: Elected by the Ambassador Council (executives and already appointed ambassadors), participation in the Ambassador Meeting, car sticker, dissemination of the Rhön message (one box of flyers per year for distribution).
